Facebook Stalkers

First I’d like to say that I’m no big fan of facebook. It’s a stupid idea with a bunch of stupid people befriending anyone they’ve talked to once in their life and who they probably will never ever speak to again… even on facebook. So why add them? Shit. I was added by friends of friends who I never even met. Does that make sense? Did they hear good things about me? I don’t give a fuck! I deleted facebook for like 7 months and then went back on to see a few things and stalk a few people (well, one person in particular) and that entire FB database had changed. Either way, what I wanted to get at is that I fucking hate when people you’re not “friends” with add you and can see every little thing about you. That’s when the stalking begins. Back in the day if a person you’re not too familiar with knew your birthdate, where you live, where you party, your friends’ names, and if you’re single or not, they used to be called stalkers. Now, however, any goddamn fool can access that info in one click of the mouse. There are some that actually go the extra mile and check your status daily and look through your pics and the worst part about it is you have no clue who or when is finding out all this stuff about you. Every move and change you make is shown on the homepage. It’s disturbing really how advanced this stalker service has become. I personally don’t see any advantage in Facebook except for the very intention of stalking an ex-girlfriend or someone you life. Maybe stay in touch with distant friends, but other than that it’s a straight up stalker site. Maybe it’s just me and my twisted way of thought, but honestly, don’t you sometimes wonder how freaky it is that all thoseĀ so called “friends” of yours can see your profile and every one of your pictures at any given moment. And if your friend postedĀ a photo of you then you can’t even get rid of it. All you can do is untag yourself.

For fuck’s sake, once I was sitting in lecture and saw a girl a few rows down browsing the web. Guess what site she was on. Yes, Facebook. And guess whose profile she was checking. Yes, mine! Fuck me, that’s disturbing. Some random girl from University who probably didn’t even know I was in the same class as her was apparently “friends” with me and was stalking me by checking out all my photos. Now that’s not a story that happened to a friend of a friend of mine— it happened to me. And yes, it was freaky as hell. So piss off all you Facebook stalkers. It’s creepy and weird and you need to go get yourself a life.

Howdy new visitor, I see you've been enjoying my hater shite, so now it's time to Subscribe to myRSS feed. Don't make me Hate on you... Subscribe!
